Autoship FAQs

  • How do I place an Autoship order?

    Simple! When adding an item to your cart, just select the duration from the "Autoship & Save 5%" drop-down on participating products. Then checkout as normal and the items you selected for Autoship will be put on Autoship for you.
  • What payment methods to you accept for Autoship orders?

    At this time, we can only accept credit/debit cards. If you have an Autoship product in your cart, all other payment options will be unavailable (i.e. Paypal, Klarna, etc). Only the credit/debit card option will show.
  • Can I update the quantity of a product in my Autoship?

    Yes! Just log in to your account and visit the "Autoship" section of your account. Then, next to the product you want to update the quantity of, click the + or - buttons to add or remove quantity.
  • Can I add products to my Autoship?

    Yes! To add products to your autoship, simply navigate to the product you would like to add and click "Add to Subscription". You must be logged in to do this so please make sure you are logged into your account first.
  • Can I delete a product from my Autoship?

    Yes! Just log in to your account and visit the "Autoship" section of your account. Then, next to the product you want to delete, click the trash can icon. On the popup, click the "Yes" button.
  • Can I update the frequency? Say from every 2 weeks to every 4 weeks?

    Yes! Just log in to your account and visit the "Autoship" section of your account. Then, next to "Frequency" on the product you'd like to change, click on the link. In the popup, choose a new frequency from the drop down and click submit. Your subscription will now renew with this new frequency. ...
  • Can I update the next ship date? Say from December 25th to December 20th?

  • Can I use coupons or store credit towards Autoship orders?

    You can only use a coupon or your store credit on your initial Autoship order. Subsequent Autoship orders that renew will only be given the 5% off discount for Autoship orders. You can use your store credit that is generated for each Autoship order on a future one-time purchase.
