  • How do I place an Autoship order?

    Simple! When adding an item to your cart, just select the duration from the "Autoship & Save 5%" drop-down on participating products. Then checkout as normal and the items you selected for Autoship will be put on Autoship for you.
  • What payment methods to you accept for Autoship orders?

    At this time, we can only accept credit/debit cards. If you have an Autoship product in your cart, all other payment options will be unavailable (i.e. Paypal, Klarna, etc). Only the credit/debit card option will show.
  • Can I update the frequency? Say from every 2 weeks to every month?

    Yes! Just log in to your account and visit the "Autoship" section of your account.     You can only use a coupon or your store credit on your initial Autoship order. Subsequent Autoship orders that renew will only be given the 5% off discount for Autoship orders. You can use your store credit that is generated for each Autoship order on a future one-time purchase.
