Simple! When adding an item to your cart, select the "Autoship & Save" radio button (as seen in the screenshot below) and then select your frequency from the "Deliver every" drop-down. If you don't see the "Autoship & Save" option on a product, then that product cannot be on Autoship. Then checkout as normal and the items you selected for Autoship will be put on Autoship for you. You will then receive an email 3 days before your next Autoship order in case you need to make any updates or cancel.
