Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! Just log in to your account and visit the "Auto-Ship" section of your account. Then on the right hand side of the subscription you are trying to skip the next shipment for, click the "Edit" drop down and select "Skip Shipments". Choose the amount of shipments you want to skip (up to 5 in a row) and click OK. Your subscription will now be skipped this amount of times in a row.

Note: If you need to fix this in the future (i.e. you skipped 3 shipments but you only meant to skip 1), just update the next ship date under the "Edit Frequency or Renew Date" option.
